1. Made-to-Order Production
Every item at Cherry Skies Co. is made to order specifically for you through our specialized production partners. Because each piece is created upon purchase rather than pulled from pre-made inventory, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production and fulfillment prior to dispatch.
2. All Sales Final
Because our pieces are custom-produced in limited batches upon order, all sales are non-refundable and final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun.
3. Sizing & Product Details
Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing your purchase. Sizing fits can vary depending on garment cut and material. 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, factory-defective, or incorrect, please email us at Cherryskiesco@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the defect and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and arrange for a replacement.
5. Shipping & Package Delivery
Multiple Shipments: If your order contains different types of products, items may ship separately from different manufacturing facilities. You will receive separate tracking updates for each package.
Delivery Liability: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Cherry Skies Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once carrier tracking confirms delivery.
6. Modifications & Rights
Cherry Skies Co. reserves the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and shop policies at any time without prior notice.
